Shipping policy
At Sutraved, every garment is handcrafted and made specially for you after your order is confirmed. As we follow a made-to-order, slow fashion process, dispatch timelines may take a little longer to ensure the highest quality and finishing.
Everyday Wear – Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days once the order is confirmed.
- Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 working days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location or unforeseen circumstances.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹3500.
Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)
We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience.
- To place a COD order, customers are required to pay an advance of ₹399 via online payment at the time of placing the order, and the remaining amount will be paid at the time of delivery.
Delivery Attempts & Returns
- Courier partners usually attempt delivery up to three times.
- If the customer is unavailable after three delivery attempts, the order will be returned to origin (RTO).
In such cases:
- The ₹399 advance paid is non-refundable.
- If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, they may:Pay the full order amount online, after which the order will be shipped again without additional shipping charges,or
- Pay the applicable delivery charges for re-shipment based on the delivery location and the remaining amount will be paid at the time of delivery.
- If the delivery address is incorrect or the customer is unavailable again at the time of delivery, we will not be able to attempt another re-delivery.
- In such cases, the ₹399 advance amount or shipping charges will not be refunded.
Festive & Occasion Wear
- Dispatch within 30–45 working days
- During peak seasons or new launches, dispatch may take 45–60 working days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) not available for our Festive & occasion wear collection.
- No returns or exchanges
- Alteration support provided to ensure best fit
- Certain new arrivals or special styles may require additional preparation time.
Common Shipping Policies (Applicable to All Orders)
- Free shipping for orders above ₹3,500
- For orders below ₹3,500, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 is charged for both COD and prepaid orders
- All products are shipped via trusted domestic courier partners
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped together
- Remote or non-serviceable areas may require alternate courier arrangements
- Delivery timelines vary depending on location
- We do not ship to V.P.O (Village Post Office) addresses.
- Working days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends & public holidays)
- Tracking details are shared via Email / WhatsApp / SMS once dispatched; please check your spam/junk folder if not received
- Deliveries may be delayed due to festivals, sale rush, weather conditions, political/regional disruptions, or courier partner issues. Delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate
- Do not accept parcels that appear tampered or damaged; Sutraved will not be responsible once such parcels are accepted
